Educational Awards
The Company makes several awards annually to thosestudents who have excelled in their wine studies with theWine and Spirit Education Trust.
At Diploma Level- The Davies/Langton Award Named after two former Past Masters of the Company, this award of £3,000 goes to a promising student to take their wine studies further.
- The Vintners' Scholarship£3,000, awarded to the top student at Diploma level, to enable him/her to further their wine studies through travel.
At Advanced Certificate Level
Three Bursaries, each of £1,100 to students who have distinguished themselves in the Advanced Certificate Exam, and who excel at the WSET's Viva Voce held at Vintners' Hall. These Bursaries are also to enable the winners to further their wine studies through travel.
