Vintners Hall, situated in the heart of the City, is a stunning venue for conferences, dinners and drinks receptions.
Available for exclusive hire and set over two floors we can accommodate events of up to 158 guests for dinner. We also have a sumptuous board room available for private dining and meetings for up to 24 guests, accompanied by a roof terrace affording unrivalled views of the city.

The Livery Hall
The centrepiece of Vintners’ Hall this room is the perfect location for the larger sized lunch, Dinner, Conference, Charity Fundraising or Large Wine Tasting event. The Hall offers flexibility in seating and layout options ensuring a seamless experience for your event.
The Court Room
This spectacular seventeenth century Courtroom is one of the oldest rooms in continuous use in the City of London. Available only to other Livery Companies it is ideal for Court meetings and can seat up to 60 people.
The Drawing Room
Perfect for pre-dinner or standing receptions for up to 100 people as well as a catering area for conferences. The Swan conservatory offers a superb spot for photographs, musicians and other entertainment.
The Gassiot Room
The Gassiot Room is ideal for day time committee meetings and lunches as well as an out-mess area for Livery dinners, seating up to 25 people. This room is also inclusive to Livery main hall hire.
The Swan Room
This room is designed to have an ‘outdoor’ feel and is often used for smaller day time wine tastings or committee meetings which can seat up to 24 people. This room is also inclusive to Livery main hall hire.
The Boardroom
Ideal for meetings, private lunches or dinners and perfect for the smaller wine tasting venue. If you are booking the Boardroom for your dinner or lunch, you may wish to use the Roof Garden for your reception drinks. This provides spectacular views over the City of London.

The Business Suite
The Business Suite is an ideal space if you are looking to hold a small meeting in the City for up to five people with free WIFI. Refreshments are also available for order at cost upon booking.
The Bedrooms
We have a number of very comfortable bedrooms available for your overnight accommodation if you are attending an event at Vintners’ Hall or elsewhere in the City. These rooms are available to members of Livery Companies and their guests, together with members of other traditional clubs and City organisations.
