Signing of Armed Forces Covenant

Tuesday 17 March marked a significant milestone for the Vintners’ Company as we formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant at Vintners’ Hall.

We were honoured to welcome Colonel Guy Stone LVO, Chief of Staff, London District, who joined us for the occasion and is pictured above signing the Covenant alongside Master Vintner Richard Wilson MBE DL VR. The presence of our own veterans and serving personnel made the moment all the more meaningful.

The Covenant represents our commitment to supporting those who are serving, or have served, in the Armed Forces, and their families. It recognises not only their dedication and sacrifice, but also the skills, experience and values they bring to our communities and to the nation.

By signing the Covenant, the Vintners’ Company stands alongside organisations across the United Kingdom in ensuring that the Armed Forces community is treated with fairness, respect and opportunity. We are proud to play our part in upholding these principles.
